Leylands Farm provides charming and comfortable B&B accommodation. There are lovely walks from the farm but you will need a car to get there. It is like a cross between a holiday cottage and traditional B&B. It was lovely to have so much space, rather than just one room. The accommodation is very well provided including little touches like bath... More

We really enjoyed staying at Leyland´s Farm. It was the perfect British countryside experience that we were looking for: hidden farm on a narrow road amidst the gorgeous Surrey Hills. Very hospitable family, hosted us very well and gave us great tips on where to go and eat in the surroundings. Totally recommendable for a peaceful and unforgettable long weekend... More

Both myself and my boyfriend felt incredibly recharged both during and after our stay. Our hosts were most gracious and their eye for detail was impeccable. Those valued touches were so very present in the accommodation. The taste and style reflected in this rural idyll was greatly appreciated by us.We are planing to return as soon as a window in... I stayed here several times during 2009/2010. The welcome was superb and I came to feel almost as if I was one of the family. I love walking and this is available from the house - I could walk for miles or just wander and it was good at breakfast time or evening to just stroll around the wonderful gardens... More

Great little cottage style annex attached to a larger house. Extremely cosy and comfortable. Went with my boyfriend and neither of us drive, however its a lovely walk to the Langton pub and if you want to go further then taxis are available. Although do book ahead, as ours got lost trying to find the place twice! The reason for... More

While independant by your own entrance,we were very well looked after at the same. time. We were surprised by the many extras. like a dish with fruits, an elegant jar with sherry.biscuits etc. Lots of woods was taken in for the fire.. Even on a rainy day it is a sunny stay. More

This was our second visit. We find the annexe extremely comfortable. The owner is most welcoming and provides excellent home-made jams. More

What a fantastic b&b. In such a beautiful spot, in the middle of forests, open fields and great walks. Leith Hill is not far away. The owners are lovely hosts, even giving homemade jam! And the room is spacious, and on two floors - but extremely cosy and clean. I definately hope to come and stay again! More
