i would highly reccomend this guest house to anybody who wants a short stroll into the centre, and dosent want to spend a fortune. the rooms were very clean[maybe a little old fashioned], and beds comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, and they were very accomodating to late risers. more
this guest house is only suitable for short sighted people who dont mind a stained grubby bed and mouldy bathroom. If you are unlucky enough to get the attic room be warned you have three flights of stairs to get to the toilet. the shower is like a dripping tap IF you are brave enough to use it! Not recomended more
The single room in the roof of the hotel was in very poor condition, not enough room to stroke a cat, and unsafe electrical appliances (I am a fire safety officer). The bed was so poorly sprung it felt more like a hammock. Impossible to sleep on so I slept on the floor which was at least more supportive. The... more
If customers told me about complaints we could rectify them. I did not know there was a problem with the bed until I saw a rude comment in our visitors book. The bed has been replaced with a brand new one. Also the top floor was in progress of redecoration, the other two rooms had been completed and the room...
