Like many others before us, we only stayed here for one night and took advantage of the car-parking offer. Like many others, we won't be back. Their website describes the hotel as "A modern hotel in Newcastle," and "..offers 99 en-suite bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and decorated with modern facilities." Whoever does their marketing is stretching the truth a little.... more

We stayed 1 night at this hotel, and only as we were going on holiday and were leaving the car there! Everyone else must use it to leave their cars too as we had to hunt to find a space! The staff were pleasant and check in went smoothly. The room was awful...dull, dirty, in need of a total refit.........and... more

Firstly location is excellent, 3mins walk from the airport terminal, the conference facilities are clean, well laid out and well equipped and full wifi is available so no complaints there. The staff are just about plesant and the food is suprisingly not too bad. However, the bedrooms are grotty, looking like they are seriously in need of an upgrade; a tiny... more

Arrived late...after 11pm....had a friendly reception.....was shown to my room and was given the offer of having breakfast the next morning at half the price if i paid immediately...gratefully accepted...and the full english breakfast buffet the next morning was fine. The only plus factor for this hotel is the location and free parking. The staff are "jobs worth" and have no interest in your custom, just the rules. Its a tired hotel that would close but for its location next to the airport. Given the location they could try harder with the revenue the location privides. more

We spent a night here as it was very close to the airport and we had an early flight the next morning, but in retrospect it was a mistake as it really didn't have a good feel about it. Of all the places that we stayed on our recent holiday it had the grottiest feel about it - worn out... more

Used this hotel as we were traveling early the next morning and wanted a hassle free start to our travels. We also wanted somewhere to park the car whilst we were away. We found the hotel through an online travel agent and paid £80 for the room and parking for up to 8 days. Initially, all is well as the... more
