Firstly location is excellent, 3mins walk from the airport terminal, the conference facilities are clean, well laid out and well equipped and full wifi is available so no complaints there.The staff are just about plesant and the food is suprisingly not too bad. The only plus factor for this hotel is the location and free parking. The staff are "jobs worth" and have no interest in your custom, just the rules. Its a tired hotel that would close but for its location next to the airport. Given the location they could try harder with the revenue the location privides. more
