Flies in my room, an iron which almost ruined my shirt, staff generally friendly if a bit feckless/incompetent. Hotel dated and can't believe its not double glazed. Absolutely fantastic hotel let down only by the fact that it is too far away from the CIty Centre of Newcastle and you are pretty much restricted to the Hotel itself or costly taxi rides. Exerything about this hotel is good except the location (unless you;re flying in the morning of course!) More
