I have stayed many times in Travel lodges and this is one of the better ones. I use it always s when staying in Newcastle. I have to agree the change from buffet breakfast to packed was a come down but I find that the Tesco supermkt near at hand provides the best. Staff always well mannered if you yourself... More

I have stayed in over 100 hotels in the UK and this ranks near the bottom. The sound proofing between the rooms is non-existent - you hear EVERYTHING in adjoining rooms. The bathroom plumbing is noisy, the staff indifferent (I asked to change rooms,. "Sorry we are full" Yet the website still has rooms showing available. The person in the... More

The reveiws for this Innkeepers Lodge were good so we opted for a two night stay as we had to attend a function near Ponteland. Although everything worked and the room was clean the hotel does have some really poor problems. It was warm and there is no air conditioning, the windows would open no more than 2 inches. there... I booked two nights through the booking number. I wanted to stay an extra night. I asked at reception on the second day and they said there was no problem. I asked should I ring reservations and I was told there was no need as there was plenty of rooms available. When I went to reception they checked it out... More

We stayed at the innkeepers lodge in Slough. The rooms were comfortable and clean but could do with decorating. The staff were all pleasant and the toby carvery offered a nice selection of food at reasonable prices. We would definately stay there again.

This hotel was booked over the phone for myself and another member of staff by the colleague we were visiting and as a result we paid full price (£58 per room). If he (or we) had booked on this internet we would have got the rooms for half price, worth bearing in mind if you have a bit of time... More
