Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Room was very spacious and bathroom clean. Breakfast was okay, could have been better - toast was brick hard, no veggie options. Good location to enjoy Jesmond and Newcastle. Would definately recommend staying here to friends. more

Second visit to this hotel and to be honest its not the Hilton but its definitely the most friendliest hotel in Newcastle. Spent two nights at the Osborne in early January. Lots of happy partying people at the next door Italian restaurant, but had absolutely none of the noise problems in the hotel that earlier reviews report.
