When arriving after reading reviews about stag parties we were fully armed by asking for a 'Quiet room', we were allocated a high room, but the traffic noise was loud. We asked if we could be moved to an inside room (overlooking the entrance forecourt) this was forthcoming and we enjoyed a comfortable and quiet evening, clean rooms, good but... More

The location is great, just minutes from the railway station. The check in was smooth, and the receptionist put us in a higher floor saying the lower floor rooms are usually for guests on stag/hen dos, so I thought that was a considerate gesture. The hotel is a typical three-star modern hotel, and for the price we paid, which included... More

We stayed as a group of 6 males in 2 rooms at £129 per room so it wasn't cheap. Room was clean and modern but we had to ask for extra towels as they only put 1 towel in each room. The location is a few minutes walk to the train station and centre of town. I didnt spend much... More

I stayed at the hotel ahead of a business meeting near by the next day. The hotel is in a good location to get into the clubs - the local clubs are gay clubs, however you can easily walk into town for other bars and resteraunts. Everyone in the hotel and around was very friendly. The room was very clean... More

Stayed at the Jurys Inn Newcastle 27/01/12 - 28/01/12 for two nights had good price £39 each for double room for both nights. Three of us lads came back to the room after a great night out and we were thrown out within 5 minutes for apparently being noisy.. Ive been in hotels alll over and never had such harsh... More

Despite the inevitable stag and hen parties that were in the hotel on the Friday night that I stayed there, the staff were on the ball and helpful. They raised the issue of the noise on arrival and explained that as a result they had put me in a room on the top floor. There was no problem with noise... More

This hotel has a reputation of expecting guests to move to the sister hotel at Gateshead Quays, which was unsurprisingly what had happened to us. We travelled from Bristol as a group of four for a 30th birthday, only to find our room full of cigarrette smoke. When asked to move, we were unhelpfully told that the hotel was full... More

Ok it is very close to town, walking distance or as I found stumbling distance for drunks on hen and stag nights! I had been staying out in Jesmond normally but thought I would try closer to town so saving a cab fare. Stay in Jesmond and pay the cab fare as the accomodation is better out there and you... More

Whilst on a weekend away in Newcastle for a friends birthday we chose to stay at the Jurys Inn as it was close to the station and nightlife areas. However the day before we were due to stay I had a call from a representative at the hotel stating that they wanted to move us to their sister hotel at... More
