Me and a few friends stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last weekend for a city break. We decided to book to this hotel a few months before our travels, as it looked a really nice hotel on the website. It was abit expensive to what we normally pay for a hotel, but we thought it would be worth... More

I stayed here last weekend. The staff were lovely but the internet is full of spyware which I also got on my laptop from logging into their system. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the man snoring in the next room and other noises from the room above me. The breakfast was ok but the fruit was old... More

It was close to where our son's university residence, St Mary's; The breakfast is not full english breakfasts but it was fine and healthy....mainly Fruits. Certainly their price is more economical than other accomodations available around. The secured parking was very important to us. More

This hotel was better than expected. But, i was with a gang of blokes!! Its certainly not somewhere to take the wife. Unfortunately, the manager decided to rip us off by charging 25 quid a head as oppposed to the 15 quid stated on the website. For this reason, i will go along with the majority of punters and give... This is not a hotel. Best way to describe this place is a backpackers rest stay charging premium rates ! The room was very bland and all we had in terms of bedding were white sheets and white quilt without covers. The room was from the sixties and included a picture on the wall hung on its side ! Hardly... More

OK. I will not pretend this place is perfect. There are various marks on the walls, questionable craftsmanship throughout and thin walls. HOWEVER The staff were amazing. Upgraded me, asked if i wanted breakfast earlier than the 7.30 start due to my interview that morning, stored my bags whilst i went for my interview and accommodated me in every way... More

So here I am about to book into the B&B. I had called previously and made a booking where a credit card is mandatory at any time of booking. I'm outside the B&B waiting to be buzzed in after knocking on the door, the receptionist was busy so I had to wait a minute or two in the cold. That... More

I had booked 3 nights at this hotel as I was in Newcastle for job interviews. I was asked to pay for my accommodation before I had seen my room which was my mistake for not insisting on seeing the room first. However, I paid and went to my room. It was without doubt the worst hotel room, I have... More

Overall disgustingly overpriced. I've stayed in many international and national hotels for half the price and had a much better stay. Horrible place. Cheap and tacky on the main road, too far to walk into town. No room to swing a cat. Only a hand towel to dry with. Night storage heating meant it got too warm to sleep in... More
