I chose this hotel primarily as it has a Loch Fyne restaurant and the room rates were very good. So firstly the positive.. The rooms and hotel areas are lovely, everything clean and new, excellent shower, very comfortable bed and the restaurant itself is as lovely as all of the Loch Fynes I've eaten in. However, there are a couple... more

Milsoms is in the old town part of Kenilworth, Warwickshire. It is built around and above a Loch Fyne restaurant (Loch Fyne own the small Milsoms chain) The hotel has been recently refurbished. There is a car park at the rear but it was full when we arrived (but its not too hard to park - there is a large... more

Saturday night - restaurant full - our booked table in middle of noisy restaurant with inappropriate background music here and in the bar where staff appear not to know what beer they sell. Our table captain took orders that were eventually delivered but not by him and with out the salads - these never came. So called 'chunky chips' as... more

Room was compact. but clean and well appointed. Huge bathroom in comparison to the room! Fantastic tub/shower. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable in the environment as well as with the room. However, to give a complete review, there are a some drawbacks, but none that would prevent me from staying here again First, there is free parking... more

My husband and I stayed one night on the 12th September 2009 after researching Trip Advisor for a hotel in Kenilworth. Our room was ready before check in time and we were shown to it be a very pleasant receptionist. The room, albeit small, was well equiped, nicely decorated and furnished and had every thing to hand. The bathroom was... more

Not the biggest hotel in the world, and rooms are maybe on the small side, but when you get into Kenilworth, you can see why. The builidngs are all pretty old, and this place is attached to Loch Fyne restaurant. Really nice location, and surrounding area is really nice too. The rooms are well equipped, and have clearly been renovated... more

We stayed at this hotel on a rate that included a voucher for a meal in Loch Fyne. The hotel is cute and although the room was not huge is was very comfortable. The staff at the reception were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is situated in Old Kenilworth which is very nice with plenty of places to stroll.... more

Firstly let me say I liked the hotel and restaurant very much and we would definitely go again. As everyone says its in the really nice old part of the town. Weather was good the evening we were there so we could sit outside for a drink and people watch, its quite a busy spot, but interestingly so. Then we... more

We've stopped at this hotel in the past before it became a "Milsom" and liked it then. But wow, it's really lovely now with spotless rooms, nicely decorated and fantastic staff! A great base for exploring locally. Could not fault it in any way! more
