I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area - that probably tells you what you need to know. Friendly and accommodating service; delicious breakfast; nice clean, nicely-decorated room. I've been to a few local places in this price bracket, and this is definitely my favourite.

Good, well sized rooms , excellent breakfast and ideally situated for exploring this area of the Midlands, if you have a car.Kenilworth Castle is just across the road. Good local restaurants and pubs. Worth a look.

The welcome at this guest house was a friendly aa anyone could hope for. the room I stayed in (room 2) was very well furnished a spottlessy clean. Breakfast was well presented and cooked well with good quality ingredients.

Well located near historic sites and restaurants. Please be aware that the staircase to Rooms 5 & 6 is very steep and narrow which I considered to be dangerous when also carrying luggage. Bedroom was in dire need of complete re-decoration and refurbishment, but did not see the condition of other bedrooms. Average breakfast.
