Did seem a bit amateur on check-in and also the resident's bar was tiny, otherwise a nice room, clean and modern fittings. We booked this hotel based on trip advisor comments and were very disappointed. Checking in was very inefficient and took almost an hour. Pre-booked car parking (£4 per night) was in a tiny overbooked space at the back of the hotel and every night we had to waste about half an hour getting people to move their cars in order... more

Stayed one night. On arrival it looks like a row of terraced houses in Kenilworth town centre, but inside, the bedroom furnishings are superb and the bathroom would do justice to many top hotels.
