This hotel has a very good location, walking distance from all major attractions. Nice and and helpful lady at the desk. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price is high for this hotel without breakfast.

Convenient location for Leamington. Useful bus stop just outside. Clean, modern and spacious en suite rooms. Helpful reception but no staff on site overnight. More expensive than nearby hotels which have more facilities and do include breakfast.

I booked this place without checking it first, the room was ok, the bed was king size and was comfortable, the en-suite was okay apart from some cobwebs and signs of mildew/mould on the ceiling and a few cracked wall tiles. As I said I didn't check the place out because if I had I wouldn't have booked due to the fact that it is a serviced place with just a manager to book people in and out, so the price I feel is a bit high even though it is supposed to be a 4 star rated property. it served a purpose but I will not be using it again. I have stayed in 2 and 3 star bed & breakfasts as well as 4 star ones and paid less than the £70 per night price. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Kenilworth is a nice place with some good restaurants. Victoria lodge is basically a big house with ensuite bedrooms. Beware of rooms facing the very busy main road outside, you won't want to have any windows open due to the noise. The room was very clean but didn't have a lot in it. A fridge with proper milk would have been nice, rather than those stupid uht pots. Bed was comfy. Lady on the desk was friendly but a bit aloof. Ok place to stay but I felt it was expensive for just a room and the big chains do it better for less money. Taxis in Kenilworth seemed particularly expensive for some reason. I expected something a bit special but it was actually fairly average.

Very lovely owners, were very helpful and kind. We lost our keys and they went out of their way to help us find them and were patient and understanding. The room was very bright and the bed was comfortable.

Bright clean comfortable rooms. Good hot shower. We would prefer a firmer bed but it was fine nonetheless. Christine, the hostess, was warm and helpful. There is a lovely garden and lounge with huge TV and free fruit and crisps. There were cereals, toast and jam for breakfast that you could help yourself to. Also you are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your own food. We felt very at home.

This hotel and has now changed hands and does not do breakfast which in our opinion was one of its best features. The hotel is to become a new style where you have use of the kitchens to produce your own food

We offer Serviced Accommodation in kenilworth to be able to give travellers more options in terms of short term and long term accommodation. It is a personal choice. When you made enquiry, I have explained what we do. It is a hotel/accommodation business not a restaurant.

We have stayed before and will again. Well run B&B offering everything you could want. There's a fridge on the landing with real milk which is a great bonus. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The WiFi works well. There's car parking. They have also arranged discount for their visitors at many of the local pubs and restaurants, just show your key. The shops in Kenilworth are a short walk away and contain all the usual small town sort of shops.

The owners ware friendly and accommodating, our room was clean and in good decorative order. The bed was comfortable and a good size. The furniture was a bit dated being 80s pine, but still in a reasonable condition. The en-suite was large and all fixtures and fittings were clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent value and cooked to order. A real plus was the off road parking and the close proximity of several pubs and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of October and found this B&B very welcoming. There is plenty free parking and lots of nice pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfy, with more storage space than you normally get at a B&B plus armchairs & a really good TV. We had a room on the ground floor with french windows to the garden. The en suite was also a good size, with a lovely big shower cubicle. The lady was very friendly and gave us advice on where to eat, cab numbers & directions etc.The breakfasts were quite delicious and served in a charming atmosphere, with home made bread and marmalade. It was a real treat to stay there and a great base for exploring the area. We were sorry to leave and will certainy stay again in future
