I stayed in this place over a year ago now but it still stays in my mind - for all the wrong reasons. It was definitely the most overpriced and disappointing B&Bs I have ever encountered, but above all, it was STRANGE. As soon as we walked in, we were confronted by several miniature figurines and found that this would... more

We were quite surprised at how tiny the bedrooms and especially the bathrooms were. No room for luggage or even to both be up and about at the same time. B&B very clean, good location, food very good - parking iffy. Would recommend if the rooms were not so very small. more

Quiet rooms, 5mins walk to centre, carparking convenient, impecable service and amazing, organic breakfast. Top notch and is great value-for-monet. And, top puib is down the street. more

My wife and I stayed two nights at Moonraker B & B. From the start, everything was great. Morris, the owner, agreed to pick us up from the train station. However, even if he had not, it is a short walk. To town center, the walk in only 15 minutes from Moonraker and that is not a lot of time.... more

We were recommended the Moonraker guest house by the Tourist information Office in Stratford. We shall never again go to TI for hotel bookings. We were told it was easy walking to centre, the room had a king size bed on the ground floor with an ensuite and there was plenty available parking. The car park was just the front... more

The owner, Morris, is very friendly and offered us tea and biscuits when we checked in. The breakfast room is very tastefully decorated, and during breakfast good classical music can be heard in the room. Morris also gave us useful information about attractions and transportation. No experience of Stratford-Upon-Avon is complete without attending a performance of a Shakespeare play performed... more

We stayed 2 nights in June 2009 and had a very comfortable stay. Rooms are very clean and Morris, the owner, was a very welcoming host. A nice touch was offerring us coffee in the lounge on arrival. There is plenty of information in the lounge of places to visit and good recommendations for restaurants. The only downside was that... more

Definitely one of the best B&Bs around. Was warmly welcomed by the host. A very warm and cozy place, room is clean and comfortably sized for a solo room. Had a look at other rooms, just as nice. The host was friendly and helpful, directed me through a more senic yet shorter walk to Anne Hathaway's Cottage. Breakfast was good,... more

This is a really lovely B&B - warm hosts and the room was gorgeous. The personal touches and cleanliness really set it apart. The breakfast is also worth a mention - hearty & delicious and not at all heavy. I was travelling with my family and they all really enjoyed the break and gave our new year a good start!... more

Had an amazing time over there. The warm welcome we received from Morris when we checked in set the tone for the entire weekend. The room itself was very nice, warm and cosy and with a four poster bed!!! It was quite close to the town centre as well and we walked to most places. The town itself was nicely... more
