“Location, cozy, easy, comfortable”

“Lovely Place but Poor Customer Service”

The location and actual guest house/rooms are great but the customer service we received was fair from welcoming. You are right in the heart of Stratford which is a great but our stay was ruined by the fact we were made to feel patronised and under surveillance/scrutiny - beware of hidden charges also.

Customer service is our topmost priority and we can only apologise that our service didn't meet your expectations. We are not sure as to what hidden charges you are referring to. “Lovely stay”

This BnB really deserves all the good reviews. We stayed there for a short weekend and Sue made us feel very welcome and was a lovely host. The room itself was really well appointed and comfortable. The house is well located near station, shops and theatre. It was really perfect and I can only highly recommend it.
