Currently there are 4 rooms called after Cluedo Characters. However the Asst Manager advised there are plans to extend it to include more rooms and to be able to offer Murder Mystery Breaks. We stayed in Miss Scarlet's Boudoir and Boudoir it was!!!!! The headboard was quirky (in the shape of a crown) but the bed was really comfy with... more

So sorry Fox & Goose, we are local and would have been regulars, but the food last Sunday was probably the worst food we have ever eaten and that is not an exaduration. The roast potatoes were so hard that I couldn't cut them with my knife and the Yorkshire pudding was more like a biscuit. There is little or... more

l followed the advice of the previous travellers to this Inn and wasn't disappointed. We stayed in Colonal Mustards room and even though the rooms are petite, the style and comfort was of a high standard. The bed was one of the most comfortable and the room had a lot of light due to the multilpe windows. The bath was... more

my husband suprised me witha trip away this week-end and we met up with his brother and my sister-in-law. As if that wasn't brill enough, they had found this little gem of a place too! We were in Proffessor Plum's study, very purple, but fantastic! There was a little fridge in the room with complementary wine and sparkling water!! The... more

We stayed here last year for a romantic weekend break and loved it! The rooms were, and probably still are designed with Cluedo themes, so they were quirky and full of character. We stayed in Colonel Mustards den, which though quite small was delightfully presented, classy and elegant. But still fun! The facilities were great and the bathroom looked splendid... more

This is a lovely gastropub with a difference in that all the rooms are named after characters in the board game Cluedo. It wasn't made clear why and the only clues as to each room's identity were their names and the colour of the walls. Neverthess, our room was very cosy, the bed comfy, and the old fashioned bathtub superb.... more

Right from booking the hotel, to enjoying the actually weekend - the Fox and Goose was just brilliant - especially the staff. I booked the Miss Scarlet Boudoir for my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a fab and relaxed evening. The bedroom was lovely - all decked out in the sumptuous colour of scarlet - of course! - with a... more
