The hotel inside is a little tired, but the central location, parking and friendly staff made it very pleasant. Overall I would not rate it great, but ok for a 1 night stay to see historic Warwick. more

What a place! This is like a run down 60's seaside B&B. All comments about the water are true. The rooms need a massive update. Maybe a visit by 'The Hotel Inspector' would be the best idea..... We were a bit dubious at first when we saw the rooms, but we all had an undisturbed night's sleep in comfortable beds, water was nice and hot even though we were warned plumbing antiquated. Breakfast was really good and plentiful, staff were helpful, and the location is excellent. more
