Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely 400 year old pub with B&B we stayed 3 nights over the New Year, very welcoming, warm and friendly hosts. Very close to all activities, racecourse and castle a short walk away. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was spot on, plenty of cereal, yogurt, fruit and toast to help yourself to and a full English with great tasty produce. We ate in the lovely tapas restaurant twice, amazing food and very plentiful, all the staff were brilliant and made us feel welcome. We had the best New Year celebrations for a long time! We will definitely be returning

Very poor How you can have a member of bar staff that can’t speak or understand basic English is terrible. The words “Diet Coke” didn’t even register. Place is ok but let down by this There’s other staff that are fine but this is something that just isn’t acceptable.

We were attending a Trade Show, but also wanted to spend some time in Warwick. This place is 'just the ticket'. We arrived early, were directed to our room and nothing was too much fuss. The bed was really comfortable, the place was very clean and [as I didn't notice any] noise wasn't a problem. Breakfast was served and came neither over-cooked, nor under-cooked and with just the right amount on the plate. I really hate to say it but this place ticked all the boxes ! Next time we're in the area we will definitely book with you again. The down side, for people with lots of luggage or mobility issues has to be the stairs...but that is a problem with the building not the business'. Bye for now.

Absolutely gorgeous stay at The Kings Head for myself and my husband. The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our stay, even keeping the kitchen open for breakfast past the usual time for us. The full English breakfast (which was included in the price) was so tasty and freshly prepared. Cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, tea and coffee were all available too. Our evening meal was spectacular with a lovely Latin American twist.
