Lovely location. Food very nice. Bistro. Not average pub grub. Worth the visit. Plenty drink joices. Good three courses at lunch for 14 £. Service rather slow though. Just under two hours to serve one three course meal and two drinks.

Fairly quiet evening, waited 10 minutes to be served, Ordered 4 drinks, a rum and coke, peroni and 2 Pimms,took another 10 minutes making 4 drinks then was shocked to be told the bill was £30.00 the Pimms where nearly £10.00 each. Used to be lovely but now will avoid like the plague and advise my friends thusly.

Fabulous place, we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was luxurious, we felt spoiled. We had a lovely time there, the food was amazing; the steak we ordered was the best we ever had. Great staff,but prices are a little bit high.

I have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions, great food, good rooms...although room next to reception i would suggest get avoided due to noise. Exceptional service on a few occasions by the night porter Anthony Harley, very helpful and friendly. Thank you.
