Best nights sleep ive eva had out side my own bed!..fantastic place to stay...great breakfast, very well cooked. Very friendly hosts!...would def recomend for anyone stayin ib tbe area!........ps pub across road is shocking, stay well clear!

Plenty of Parking (front and Rear), good sized breakfast and usual spatial sized rooms. Grouped with all the usual Warwick B&B’s in Emscote Road. 15 minutes to Warwick centre, or regular Bus service every fifteen minutes. I stayed there fifteen weeks on a business trip without any need or desire to look elsewhere.

I found my room to be dirty with signs of dampness around the window and on the blinds. The femail proprietor was aloof and unfriendly. The location is fine but there are other guest houses in the area. I would not recommend this one.

I was recommended this B&B and can now recommend it to you. Although it is a 15-20 minute walk from the main town area there is a bus service which goes right past the front door if you wish to take that option.
