Nolands Farm provided us with pleasant accomodation and a wonderful hostess. Set within the rolling Warwickshire countryside it gave us the opportunity to explore the history, crafts, beutiful villages and truly excellent local pub food and beer. We Just got back from staying at Nolands Farm over the weekend, it was lovely, very isolated in the beautiful costwold countryside. Had a great view from our clean and spacious bedroom, of the trees at the bottom of the garden and the fields and hills beyond. We had booked and paid a deposit for two rooms in this property. The rooms on their website look great, however having reviews on here I am glad that things worked out as they did!!! Only stayed here one night (our other night in Stratford was spent in Loxley B&B just a few miles away - an excellent choice). Agree with previous reviews. We stayed in the 'romantic 4 poster room'. We have been there for 3 nights during the first UK bank holiday 2008. Location and farm is not so glamorous as expected from the website. No animals nor other farm activities. They apparently only store hay... Room was OK (beside humidity smell on all the clothing) but we guessed was inevitable considering the ground location at ground level. Lady... more

Booked by phone. Arrived - no one in. Found note on reception door giving us directions to our room. However directions gave a room number, all rooms have names, and map layout bore no resemblance to actual layout. Hey ho! Found it in the end. Grubby tired room, but cleanish.
