Just back from a great stay at this lovely guest house. Reasonably priced, the rooms are nicely decorated, homey and clean. We stayed here for one night. The guest house is perfect for visits to Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa and not far from Stratford upon Avon. By no means the Ritz, it is cheap and cheerful, clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

We found the Westham via Laterooms at 4.30pm and confirmed the room, arriving an hour or so later. The double room with ensuite was lovely, and despite being right on the front of the property, we couldn't hear the main road outside at all, all through the night. Had a lovely stay at the Westham B and B. The guy who owned it couldn't be more helpful! Would definitely go again! Breakfast choice was very good in the morning, delicious bacon and proper sausages.Very highly recommend the stay, very much good value for money.

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Convenient to walk into town. Good breakfast. Room clean and tidy. Overall very good value for money, would stay again.
