This B&B is situated in a handy location for anyone visiting Warwick. The rooms were a reasonable size, clean and well appointed. The owner Ata was very helpful and obliging and breakfast was excellent! Very good value for the price and I would stay there again anytime. more

Overall, the stay was good. Room was clean, but on the smaller side. About a 15 minute walk to downtown Warwick. The Owner was friendly to us. Breakfast was typical English Breakfast, but above average. For the price of the room, it was a good value. more

A terrible place. Forced to make our own beds using dirty, bug infested bed linen found in a damp cupboard. Bathroom was foul: soiled towels, disgusting smell; an altogether sickening room. We would not recommend this place to anyone, it was appalling. more

There are several reasons why I would not recommend the Park House as a place to stay. Musty towels and a moody host are only two of the reasons. This was our second B&B on our trip through the UK. The manager, Ata, is a gregarious fellow, who is very enthusiastic about British history and the area. Good breakfasts. The room wasn't luxurious, but clean. Personally, we weren't overexcited by Warwick Castle (it was a bit like "medieval Disney"). The town was nice to walk around though. more
