I travelled on business and whilst travelling had started to come down with something so that when I arrived I was rather ill. The hosts couldn't do more to help and look after me and were genuinely concerned, going so far as to give me some of their own things to allow me to work. The room was wonderful -... More

If you want a great value, clean, tidy, comfortable B&B with a warm welcome, look no further. I needed a "budget" place in Warwick as I was meeting up with friends for meal/drinks and didn't want to drive home. The welcome was terrific: coffee and cake served once I had been shown to my room and, throughout, the hosts were... More

NIce, large room, lovely hosts, and a good breakfast. Within easy reach of the train station and the castle, and close to the town without being noisy. The only negative thing was an extremely creaky four poster bed, but other than that had a really nice break away from London town. Many thanks indeed. More

We booked this B&B after visiting the Warwick Tourist Information Centre( an excellent service I must say). Sleeping in a canopied four poster bed was certainly a novely and the bathroom was clean and modenn although having carpet in a bathroom is a bit disconcerting. Sadly the room was in other parts showing signs of age.as evidenced by slight signs... More

I read the reviews of this on Trip Advisor and so was expecting great things, but quite disappointed. It's best feature is its location, it is within easy walking distance of both the train station and the town centre/castle. The couple running the b and b were not the friendliest (that accolade would go to the Manse in Eastbourne or... More

I recently stayed in the Agincourt Lodge on a trip to Warwick with my mother. The B&B although on the outskirts of Warwick is only a few minutes walk away from the town and the castle and is in a quiet location even though it is on a main road. We had a room each on the top floor and... More

We stayed for two nights in the four poster double room. Lovely room, very quiet and nice views of the garden. Very clean with everything we wanted and very comfortable. We had somewhere to park both nights and could leave the car during the day. We were given a warm welcome and help on how to find our way around... More

We stayed one night in the family room on the top floor. The house was lovely with off street parking - we arrrived early and parked on Saturday morning and were able to leave our bags in the lounge until our room was ready. The location was very convenient for Warwick and the Castle. We were able to wander round... More

I can highly recommend this b & b, a lovely house in a very convenient location and most comfortable accommodation. Marisa and Mike made us very welcome and were kind enough to give me a card and present when they discovered it was my birthday. Great breakfast too! More
