I needed to book a room to avoid the snow. The owner (due to shortage of rooms) was kind enough to allow the three bedroomed en-suite £15 cheaper for the two nights I was there. That was the only concession though.

The room was up several flights of stairs in the attic; clean and tidy - decor old. Nothing particularly special. TV had a digibox which wasn't working due to the terrible signal so I was glad that I had my laptop and TV dongle otherwise, I'd have been bored.
The en-suite was clean, no mat. Shower door was a bit of a job to open/close.Though there was some noise coming from the guest next door, it wasn't enough to inflict on my night's sleep.
What did disturb my sleep was the cold. The duvet was just wide enough for the bed so, with someone actually under it, whisps of cold air soon became apparent. Despite having two radiators, the room was chilly.
