The only downside to our stay was the lack of reception to the tv in the bed area (we had a mini - studio apartment). We stayed for my partners 30th Birthday. The views are amazing from the 19th floor and you simply cant beat the windows that open fully ground to ceiling (glad there is the safety panel!) Delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. The views really are great - especially at night. Yes, the wardrobe handles can be a little stiff at times. I stayed here for a business trip mid-week. I stayed in the Mini. Good points: excellent customer services, very clean apartment, fantastic view, comfortable bed and, for me, the best thing was that there was no noise from other guests. I don't know if I'm allowed to post another review after a second visit, but here goes: I stayed at Staying Cool last year and gave it 4 stars because of a few niggles (like the missing Gaggia). When I stayed again in May 2009, everything was perfect, and it is now a 5 star from me. more
Only stayed for one night with teenage daughter in a Mini. I'll start this by saying I would definitely stay here again. The location, about 5 ins walk from New Street Station, can't be beat.
