We stayed here on a saturday night and paid 60 piunds for a triple room, its basic fairly clean and I think we definate had rooms that had been recently refurbished as some of the others looked a lot shabbier. Customer service was better than I have had in some four star hotels and there is a concierge at night... More

I booked in to a single whilst visiting my fiancé who had been flown in to hospital from afghanistan, checked in at 11pm and was given room 241 which backed on to the lift. The constant noise from that was the least of my troubles. Had to use entire body weight to open the door which had a broken closer.... More

I booked this hotel because it is 'dog friendly'. Having read some of the reviews I was a little worried, but it was only for two nights. On arrival my daughter and I were welcomed in a very friendly fashion. We went to our room which although a little tired, was clean and comfortable. There was a TV, free WIFI... More

This was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Worse than student halls, worse than a £5 hostel. First of all, there was blood on the bedsheets. Second of all, after 4 phone calls and 1 email - management eventually called me back. The lady was, to put it mildly - a rude moron. As a fee... More

This hotel is not for business travellers or families itis old and outdated. The rooms are very tired and the mattress on the bed was the worst I had ever slept on. The bar staff could also learn to look as though they enjoy working there! Basically stay next door in the premier inn named the duck. More

Had the works xmas bash at a hotel down the road from this place and booked in here due to the cheap price of £31 for a single room only. Very busy on a saturday night which means I had to park round the back in the rear car park, although this is huge and is behind the hotels health... More

Stayed for 1 night to visit the Christmas Market and found the loation good. Very regular buses and fairly cheap to the centre. Free car parking, if you get there on time. If not tough! Staff doing their own thing, including arguing about other staff members in the reception area for all to hear. Very Inappropriate! Took 20 minutes to... More
