Completely deceptive pictures on internet, thus anyone reading this, let's get together and issues legal proceedings against this hotel for mis-selling. They hire out rooms to couples who walk in off the street who only want the room for only an hour - disgusting. Not a family environment, not respectable nor a safe place for women alone as clientele completely... More

I spent 3 nights, it was horrible, considering the price. Something resembling a urine stain on the wall, the headboard covered with some corduroy material and all I could think was, how do they clean that considering it is mounted to the wall? I paid full price for a little single bed.

Friendly reception staff was all I can offer. My room 348 was very mediocre. Needed painting in 2003. Was sent here because my booked hotel nightnight transfered me at no notice. Was lied to that this was a upgrade. It is very tired and outdated. Needs a taxi at £8.50 to get into town for a night out. Will be... More

Wow - had to book at the last minute as a change in plans to a concert. This place is like a hostel and a knocking shop all in one. Bar takes about 30 mins to get served, ladies on the bar lovely but totally overworked. Bar smells and was full of drunken middle aged men pretending to be tycoons,... More

The new rooms were of a good quality, requiring just a touch of colour. The overall internal appearance was sadly lacking. Doors without locks that were not covered appropriately. The staff were great , polite and professional.

I kind of expected to turn up to a really grotty hotel because of some bad reviews but the only thing that needed improving was the condition of the walls etc. but each to their own and all that. Im fussy! But it was cheap, close to the clubs, clean and staff helpful and friendly offering advice on what the... More

Me and a friend stayed here just wanting a reasonably priced room for a girly night out. It was pretty average and served its purpose but I've rated it poor because it should have been £20 less. The reception was nice enough but the room was dull and in need of updating. It was clean though and the bathroom looked... More

Ok, where to start! Hotel dirty and a health and safety nightmare. Staff couldn't care less what you think. I spoke to manager on checking out after only a few hours after checking in.
