This is a lovely tranquil place with a a warm welcome. Go for a walk in the beautiful grounds and well kept gardens. Enjoy the plentiful and tasty food. Learn a bit about the Quakers. Get into central Birmingham easily with lots of buses that stop just ouside the gate. more

I've stayed here several times - just for a quiet break, or to extend my stay while taking part in a course or conference. This is a truly peaceful place - I'd recommend it to anyone who wants some peace and quiet. The gardens are beautiful and it's good to walk the labyrinth mown into the lawn near the lake. more
