I found myself forced to stay overnight in Birmingham twice this month, and on both occasions (8th October and 12th October) beforehand had spent a great deal of time looking at reviews - the four days were going to be very busy and I needed to be able to have no hassle or stress added by way of a poor hotel. Premier Inn (via the Lenny Henry adverts) shout loudly about how good their hotels are....and you know what? This one is truly great. Not only are you welcomed by people that actually make you feel like they are a) pleased to see you but also b) care that you have a good stay. The quality of every part of the hotel you come in contact with is top notch, both of the two rooms I stayed in were spotless and very modern (the bathrooms were equipped with good quality showers and were very clean).
