When my family and I arrived later than planned we were greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome... We were checked in and went straight to our room, not only did the children get a free kids backpack but we were given extra Tea at reception. The receptionist went out of her way to make the whole family welcome.
The room was fantastic, clean and big enough to fit us all in comfortably.
The breakfast was the best premier breakfast I have ever had.
We were given directions and a taxi was ordered for us, a great restaurant was recommended to us by another receptionist.
Truely amazing service from the moment we got there to when we left. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in birmingham. more
