Welcoming check in and check out, and great location for exploring NIA and surrounding waterside and attractiCar park a little on the small side, although I'm sure the staff would have recommended an alternative if I hadn't managed to grab he last space. We are Novotel regulars and have stayed in this Birmingham one before. It is just right for a leisure break--so close to Brindley place with its restaurants, canal, Ikon art gallery and Symphony Hall. The staff is VERY efficient and friendly. Good for families as well. More

Check in really disorganised. When I arrived claimed no room for me, I had to contact my travel agent. Then all of a sudden I had two rooms booked (which i didn't).
