The room was dirty, shower hanging of the wall, bed uncomfortable, drunks at 2:00pm and 4:00pm waking up guests. Breakfast was horrible and cheap, coffee was terrible. I cannot think of one good thing to say - apart from find another hotel. Oh TV was rubbish too, no picture of ny quality. more

We stayed one night for £28 on Friday for a concert at Glee Club. The room was really nice, bed comfy, on 9th floor with great views of the city. The staff were polite and helpful, we didn't have breakfast so can't comment, when to BHS instead. Pleasantly surprised after reading all the bad reveiws, would definately stay there again. more

We stayed for 2 nights and was based on the 9th floor, the room was very clean and looked recently refurbished with exception to a ripped pillow case. Didn't hear any outside noise and was very happy with the room considering we only paid £66 for 2 nights. The receptionist could do with speaking more and being more customer attentive... more

I was a little anxious having read the reviews but I was very pleased with my room. Well decorated and maintained and everything was spotlessly clean. Walls are a little thin and it was noisy at times as other guests moved around. Didn't do breakfast but reception satff were helpful and the bar area was very pleasant. Overall great value... more

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in - rooms were dire and dirty - stayed with 5 colleagues and all had the same view. Breakfast in my view was ineddible - if you like soggy toast and tinned garpefruit/manderin segments plus a greasy spoon fry up then perhaps you will disagree.
