Nice staff, not a bad hotel but entrance is secluded and hard to fine. Great if you are coming from new street station just 5 mins walk away. Rooms good but it does get noisy outside during the night and the weekends with traffic. Great if you want to go shopping in the Bullring and China town is just around... more

Location: Walking distance to the city centre and main Birmingham city train station (New Street). Ideal for shopping & dinning. I was at the back of the hotel and it was remarkably quiet for a city centre hotel. The rooms are air conditioned so there was no need to open the windows and this helped... more

Stayed here for only one night. The room was not ready when arrived (check inn time is 2pm) at 1.45pm, had to wait for 30 minutes. As Priority Club Platinum member (highest possible level) expected some upgrade, as I have reserved only the room. At check-inn was asked if I want to buy breakfast voucher, said yes. They didnt offer... more

I haven't eaten in the restaurant any time as the hotel is close to restaurants and bars so would prefer to go out. Best value hotel... more
