Very friendly service, nice large rooms and reasonable price. Nearby, Pushkar is a good Indian restaurant and Chennai Dosa is good for folks craving a bit of south indian food. Walking distance from the ICC and about a 20 min walk to the bull ring shopping center.

Visited the hotel on business. Food was very good, rooms were very clean and tidy, but very noisy, had very poor night's sleep! Staff extremely helpful and friendly though. Despite poor sleep, I would stay here again if I needed to work in central Birmingham. Bar was good, too.

Very basic poor menu choice, guests who are used to stay in Marriott's do not want to eat same food every hotel they go to - it gets boring! Sticky toffee pudding rock hard, mushy peas quite watery. Marriott 'Invigorating Shower' - not this one! How was your stay? Not interested...
