Stayed at the Copthorne on business and whilst the location is good (fairly central though not in the best area of birmingham), the hotel is tired and dated. Got a good deal off one of the external sites for a Friday night stay, but not that impressed with the room, and would have been even less so if I had paid full whack! The decoration in the rooms needed updating, and the bathroom was starting to look shabby. more
