we went to the Theatre in Birmingham and thought this a good choice for my family to stay here, there was no hot water to be able to have a shower, either before going out for the evening or in the morning, there is a kitchen but the fridge had no shelves so very difficult to store food ! The carpets in the bedrooms were terrible, dirty and had pieces cut into them. The fittings in the bathrooms were lose and not maintained. The rail in the wardrobe fell off when we hung our clothes in it. Fair way into Birmingham £6 in a taxi, 5 minute walk to bus stop which were regular. Taxi wouldn't come to the apartments had to walk and hail one. Left message with the owners/admin staff regarding showers, didn't even get a response.
Pay the extra and stay in the centre at the Copthorne.
