We booked in2 this hotel 2 weeks before we arrived in birmingham an the 1st thing i want to say is that wen we turned up there wasnt even any1 there.They put out time down wen we arrived wrongly and had to wait for some-one to come and let us in.Then we were given a room in the attic with a roof so low u couldnt even stand up in parts of the room.The pillows were stained as was the quilt.As for the staff.The lady who owned it was friendly enough but i think its her son who helps was very rude.They state u have to check out by 10.30 but they young boy came and knocked on out twice before 10.00am trying to get us out,which i dont think is very nice at all.Overall i wudnt reccomend this guest house/hotel to ANYONE at all,And as for the area.its not very good and there isnt a good selection of shops,pubs or reastaurants around.Not a very nice place.And not forgetting none of the radiators in the room worked
