I stayed here for 2 nights in Septemeber and really enjoyed it, the room was small but had everything I needed and was very comfy, and the decor was light and fresh. I was impressed to note that if you weren't happy with your pillow that reception had an extensive list of pillows with various fillings available to choose from.... more

We stayed here last Friday night so that we could go and see a show at the Town Hall. We recieved a wonderful welcome from the check in desk on arrival and were thoroughly pleased with the whole stay. Absolutely brilliant room,service & location. Having visited City Inn Leeds on a number of occasions and experienced a great hotel we were really looking forward to City Inn, Birmingham.
