Was upgraded to a higher floor and corner room and had a great outlook over Birmingham. The room was clean, bright and modern and spacious. Wasn't a fan of the green colour scheme which ran through the entire room and bathroom. Each room has a different colour theme to it. Loved the complimentary mini-bar idea! It's refreshing to see a... More

Hotel Indigo Birmingham is absolutely stunning - stylish, friendly, and the facilities are fantastic. The spa is well worth a visit, and the room was clean and had everything you need, as well as little touches that made it fantastic! However, make SURE you request a room which is not under the champagne bar. We, unfortunately, didn't realise we'd have... More

Dear Lauralooelizabeth Thank you for the feedback regarding your visit. I sincerely appreciate the constructive feednack and my sincere apologies for the lack of sleep due to the noise above from the Champagne Bar which we will address internally. We stayed at the hotel Friday & Saturday night 10th-11 May. We feel kind of ambivalent about the experience given that its a 4* hotel. First the good points: The room itself was stylish and a good size for a city centre hotel. The bed was really comfortable The complimentary mini-bar The views from the room. However: Unless you have... More

Dear Roger C Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent visit to Hotel Indigo. I am pleased that your overall experience was positive about the room. I am of course disappointed that you thought the food was unimaginative and that it took time to be served in the bar so you had to leave. We are a very busy... More

Having lived in this area for a short time five years ago, it was great to be back and to see The acute finished. It's a stunning building and in a great location behind Mailbox on the canal basin. Dear Kiangarin Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent visit to Hotel Indigo. Stayed as part of a birthday treat. Nice hotel spoiled by very noisy clientele in neighbouring rooms making sleep impossible for entire night. Hotel was completely hopeless at sorting problem out. Would avoid this place in future.
