We used this Premier Inn as a base to visit the Christmas Markets and Cadbury World with our children. The room was clean and comfortable (though the bed was too firm for our tastes) and the staff were friendly and helpful providing maps to get us to where we wanted to go by car etc. Bad points - we were... more

...found all the staff there on 11th (PM) and 12th (AM) to be extremely helpful, went out of their way for me! Rooms were ok, a little grubby but food was nice. more

Rooms were just like all other Premier Inns - fine. Staff friendly. Heating did not work in my room so it was freezing. Food was poor - had a gammon steak and it, plus the egg that came with it were covered in little black bits. Disgusting. There's not a lot else around there so you may have to eat... more

We have stayed in a few Premier Inn's and this has to be the best by far. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way on afew occations to help us. It has to be the quietest stay we've had (and that goes for road noise), the room we had was right next to a... more

We have premier inn now as a business account so it's a easy choice. I've spent 2 weeks at this particular one. Great for getting onto the M6 or into central Birmingham. Breakfast is nice, staff are friendly and enough of them. Place is clean. The Family rooms are bigger and more modern than the doubles here. more

Staff lied about breakfast options. Then charged for breakfast I didn't have and wouldn't give a refund. They were very rude. I have travelled extensively for both business and pleasure and the staff at this hotel are just about the worst I have ever encountered, anywhere. more

Location is great with loads of bars and restaurants and its really convienient for the Indoor Arena, the Bull Ring is a 10 minute walk aswell. I have just spent one night at this hotel. The staff are very helpful. It is in a great location as it is in the outer edge of the town but, it is easy walking distance to everything that you may need to get to. My one comment could be that there is not alot of parking paces so get... more
