The reception was helpful and smiling, smartly dressed and well presented. We chose this hotel really for the proximity to the LG Arena ..It really is only a couple of minutes walk away ..We were pleasantly suprised the hotel was lovely , great service , food was gorgeous not your typical hotel food ..Breakfast buffet was plentiful & good quality . Excellent Hotel, Great for transport links e.g motorway, train and airport Room was brilliant - Booked the only room with a balcony and was well worth the price Faced the lake but could see for miles. Staff were very friendly, check in quick and painless Will be staying again soon more

rooms were large and very clean.breakfast was good and the hotel is excellent if you are attending something at the NEC.it is a good 5 minute walk from NEC .the only negative was the £15.00 price for internet.I would stay here again. more

For a night or a few nights its very good. Right in the NEC complex and 2 mins from the airport, loads of parking and generally very spacious all round. As with all business hotels, dont expect fantastic food, but you knew that bit already ! Recommended more

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as part of a coach tour. We found the hotel very satisfactory, the room was clean and very comfortable. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly, hats off to the chef for providing hot tasty food for all of us every day. more

Look, this is a typical Crowne Plaza. Smart, well run, great rooms, exceptional common areas. Like other NEC hotels, if one is on one's own, life can be a bit dreary. That's not the hotel's fault of course. more
