Location: within easy reach of most things in central Birmingham. Check-in: fast and friendly. Room: the 'rooms' are tiny but that should not be a surprise to anyone staying here. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only drawback is that the room was 16C and did not get warmer than 18C although we had the heating on all... More

Smallest possible hotel room I have ever been into. Very unpleasant, because there is no window. The only good thing was that I had no problem getting up in the morning: I just wanted to get out of here! Do not go here, it is just not worth it. Breakfast was unappealling and got a refund for it. Food area... More

I stayed at the Nite Nite on the 18th of May with my wife. on arrival we was met be a porter who checked us in. the swipe card to was not working properly to the room. The corridor smelt of skunk cannabis. The room was too small and there was a sewer smelling smell coming from the shower area.... More

I booked this hotel as I knew about it from the guy who did the branding - some years ago. I was working very late on the phones for Comic Relief in March in Birmingham so couldn't get a train home. So I thought I'd give it a try. It was absolutely throwing it down by the time I left... More

Myself and my partner, recently stayed here as a request for my birthday. We arrived at New Street station in the pouring rain & checked in late after a bit of miss direction on my part! Receptionist very nice and let me have a hair dryer on the house without having to leave a deposit. Funnily enough, the accommodation was... More

I travelled to Birmingham for work purposes. The hotel looked slick and contemporary from the outside, and it's a short walk from New Street station. The receptionist spoke like a robot, not a warm welcome, and I had to allow a £50 authorisation on my debit card in case of damages (we've had lots of groups of males wreck our... More

Stay here for one night as I had a meeting in Birmingham city and I've never stayed in a room like this before. When i booked they did explain what the rooms were like and the website does show it well so I kind of knew what i was getting, well worth the experience I think! Very comfy bed, everything... More

What a place to stay! I first came here after wanting to stop in Birmingham the night. The room is small but I prefer the word cosy. It's dominated by a huge HDTV and bed, but also a small desk and chair. But what I found so fun was the shower/toilet. My girlfriend did not appreciate me being able to... More

Two nite stay for 2 people. The standing room (about 3ft x 5ft is just too small if there are two in the room. Bathroom was reasonable size. Adjoining restaurant was closed except for breakfast - under new management. But dozens of eating places very nearby at Brindley Place or the Mailbox. Breakfast was a good basic buffet either continental... More

Have stayed at this hotel many times and genuinely enjoyed it , but was treated very badly by being bounced to another VERY ANGRY. Despite booking three months in advance upon arrival was told my party of five was being transferred to another local hotel and upgraded. The hotel was nearly two miles out of the center and a two...
