Stay 2 nights and went to a function at the nearby Golf club. The room was at the back of the pub and nice with plenty of room. Breakfast was good and excellent value. Other meal was carvery bit plastcky as felt some of it had been out a while. more

Staff were super helpful. a basic, clean and quiet room with a continental brekky all for £40... ample parking but about 6 miles out from central brum... would use again. If you have to live like Alan Partridge for a few days this is good value and this particular branch has good staff! more

We decided to take a trip to Birmingham at the minute, so needed somewhere cheap to stay. After searching the internet we came across Innkeepers Lodge, and decided to give it a go, as we thought we would receive a similar service as Travelodge offer. Well, we were pleasantly surprised!! The member of staff at the desk was really helpful... more

For the price this hotel represents excellent value for money. There are not many places where you can get a clean comfortable room and good quality continental breakfast for 2 people for under £30. On arrival I had a few reservations as the net curtains at the windows did not look very nice from the outside but once inside the... more

We stayed 30th and 31st December and this was our fourth visit, as my parents live close by. We booked well in advance due to it being New Year and paid just under £80 for the two nights B&B. The £29.99 per room per night wasn't available due to the "holiday" season, which was fine as we knew we were... more

Good value for money – where could you get B & B for £30 per room per night (£15 per person) including morning paper and continental breakfast. Room clean, hairdryer, decent shower and plenty of hot water, T.V with 7 channels incl. sport. Plenty of parking, some road noise but acceptable Pub/Carvery attached – good atmosphere, pleasant staff, good selection... more

This was our first visit to an inn keepers lodge and on arrival i thought it resembeled a travel lodge as it looked clean but basic from the outside. You check in at the reception which is located in the toby carvery and we were able to get in over an hour early. We had booked two rooms and they... more

Eight of us stayed at this hotel on 20-22 June 2008. Staff were very friendly and helpful barring 1 barman! Hannah is an absolute treasure who served us with a smile and was able to banter easily with us. I have to say that she was the only member of staff covering breakfast on the Saturday and worked at the... more

We booked a night at the Innkeeper's Lodge Sutton Coldfield because my son wanted to visit Drayton Manor nearby. We paid £29.95 for bed and breakfast and a family room. On arrival we were greeted at the clearly marked check in desk, booked in quickly and were directed to our room which was in a seperate building. We were also... more

No problems with booking in as others mentioned. Great staff, clean rooms good breakfast! Great value for money, might have liked a bath (only showers) but for the money i'm really being picky now! Highly recommend them for the price! more
