These apartments are easy to find within 5 - 10 minutes walk from New St Station. They are right within a bar/night club/restaurant area, so at night it is obviously a bit noisy, but this is no problem really and if that is what you are there for it's a very short stagger home! The apartments were great, spacious, clean and very close to the centre of Birmingham. We had a few problems with tv/dvd player... the staff were helpful enough and they gave us our late check out for free because of these problems. Tip- make sure you ask for your breakfast vouchers if not offered on check in more

We have 3 small children and the two bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and tidy, with a large balcony. My only negative comment is that the oven needed a good clean. We stayed only a few nights so it didn't impact on our enjoyable stay. The receptionist was wonderful. more

I have recommended this company to friends and I plan to use them in the future for other trips. I really cannot fault the arc appartments apart from the excessively heavy-slamming doors and the lack of air-con. Fantastic location too. more

It was very easy to find and excellant location for shopping, visiting attractions, restaurant and night life.. City buses outside the apartments.. Apartment was well fitted out and should you wish you could cook yourself.. Having a wonderfull array pubs etc in the complex was brillant.. we are planning our next trip to stay in other location and return visit... more

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with my family, it's got great value for money, very classy, clean, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures seen on the website. No negative comments, would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, especially for those with family. more
