I use this Hotel on Business, it is warm and welcoming, ALL staff are extremely helpfula nd nothing is too much trouble. Bev will always see to you and check you have everything you need, just perfect when travelling on your own !

Not the normal Hilton experience - nice enough hotel but very much a business hotel. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean etc but the restaurant was very average in terms of decor etc, food was good but served on cheap plates and cheap cutlery. Staff all friendly but not as good as most Hiltons.

Stayed here as part of a buisness trip. The location was great for me - just off the M6, but being on the edge of an industrial estate may be an issue for some as there's very little you can walk too if you want to go off-site (big Tesco's over the dual-carriageway, Toys-R-Us, etc.). We arrive here after travelling on the friday of the bank holiday. Always going to be a bad day to travel but didn't anticipate the M6 being closed from J4. I attend a meeting twice a year at this Hotel. The three day stay is always a pleasure even though it is for business. The staff are always friendly and the food is Good. Easy access to the motorway and not to far if you want to visit Warwick Castle.

Stay here recently with my wife. We booked a deluxe room, although it was a very nice room, it was very normal, compared to the deluxe rooms at other Hilton Hotels in which we have stayed. However, still a very pleasant stay.
