Stayed at the Windmill Village Hotel after being recommended by a work colleague. Nice location, close to NEC but somehow on the fringes of the countryside. Very friendly hotel, comfortable rooms and a great swimming pool. Had a wonderful meal in the newly refurbished restaurant, excellent service and food was incredible for the price. We booked the Village Inn but they were overbooked so they sent us here (with no compensation I might add!) We checked in and then reception told us that the internet was £17 a day (its free at the village). We managed to get this for free but what she didnt tell us was that the internet was then broken.... more

I stayed here a few weeks ago after attending a function at the hotel. Was given a discounted room because of this fact and the room was fantastic, patio doors out overlooking the golf-course. The food i could not fault and the staff were excellent. Would definately stay again and would recommend to everyone. more

We had an awards dinner at the Motocycle Museum and an exhibition at the NEC and this was a good alternative to the over priced or poor quality local alternatives. Rooms are nice, very clean... Food in the Restruant is very good, they also have a set menu which is great value for money, especially if your away with work and on a budget. A group of us used the Windmill Village Hotel as a base for our training course in Coventry which is easy to get to. Our rooms were excellent with great views of the golf course. The breakfasts were excellent and we dined and drank most nights in the Cellar bar which had a great, lively atmosphere and nice, friendly staff.... more

Stayed here after a conf at the NEC & motorcycle museum. basic,but effective- somewhat of a labyrinth. Golf looked nice and the rooms overlooked the course. be careful if booking a taxi as we were virtually robbed!!! get the meter running to save argument! more

i stayed over in the hotel for my sisters wedding, the place is in excellent condition, but the waitress that was serving out table was poor, she poured coffee down my back, didnt realise untill later that night. the food was delicious and would proberly stay again more
