I've stayed here a couple of times on business. Hotel is situated down country lanes in the middle of some nice countryside. Very quiet location which was nice.

Rooms were clean, but could be updated. I had a problem on my last trip which was not handled very well by the staff. I had booked a double room with bath and had email confirmation of this. When I arrived after a 5 hour drive I was 'warned' that I had a very small single room as that was all that was available. I challenged this, but was told that was the only room left during my two night stay. When I got to the room, they were not wrong. It was (literally) 5ft wide by 7ft long and I was NOT happy! I complained again and again they were adament that this was the only room they had so I was stuck with it for 2 days. After the 1st night I complained to my company's travel firm and requested that they book me into somewhere else for the 2nd night.
