Looking for a good restaurant, for a Monday night meal, and found this restaurant through Trip Advisor. Had my fingers crossed that all the good reviews were right... AND THEY WERE. This is a truly excellent restaurant, good, knowledgeable, attentive service, pleasant surroundings, and delicious food! I really can not fault anything here. A lovely evening celebrating a special birthday with friends who had hired out the entire restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff were attentive without being too fussy. I will be dining again shortly! more

We recently celebrated a BIG birthday at this superb restaurant with 15 members of our family. Everything was truly perfect - the delicious food, the superb wines, and the excellent service. Have just returned from a one night stay at Arundel House. Went to celebrate a special birthday with husband and great friends. We stayed in room 2 last night and we were both impressed. The room was very nice with everything we needed. No bath but that did not matter as the shower was great. Didn't eat there for our evening meal. Was offered and accepted a tea and coffee in our room in the morning along with a complimentary newspaper. Breakfast... more

Six of us stayed on Saturday night, and ate in the restaurant. It was close to perfect in every way; service, food, atmosphere and comfort. Valentine Night was fully booked so dined and stayed the night before. Room was excellent. Dinner and breakfast absolutely superb. I couldn't recomend highly enough. more
