Set in a lovely rural location just on the outskirts of Arundel (can walk into town if you like - we did). From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and were given tea and cake! A small B&B with only two rooms but ours was spacious with a fabulous shower, flat screen TV, fridge and tea... more

I thoroughly agree with all the other reviews, this is an amazing B&B. Beautiful setting, (near lovely Arundel and the amazing East Beach Cafe in Littlehampton), friendly hosts, spotless, immaculate room and delicious breakfast. more

Superb accommodation,excellent hospitality and the obvious attention to detail provided that extra touch. There was a good choice for breakfast which kept us going for the whole day. Would recommend to anyone. more
