Fantastic B&B for visiting Chichester and/or countryside around. Easy to find a, short walk into town, very quiet side street. I have stayed here twice and would always try it first if I need a room in Chichester. The location is handy for the town and for touring in the area. Linda could not be more welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The rooms are well-equipped & spotless; breakfasts are superb. more

We had a wonderful three days at the Old Orchard Guest House. Luxuriously comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and Linda and her family could not have done more to make our stay better. Above and beyond the call of duty. Helpful without being intrusive. We'll definitely be back . more
