This is a really excellent B&B and as mentioned in the other reviews Nik was very friendly and helpful from the time I booked (when he was able to advise on places to eat on the evening we arrived) and throughout our stay. I arrived late evening, with no prior booking (having failed to find anywhere to stay in Chichester), and was made extremely welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and more than enough food to keep me going till the evening. It was also excellent value - a whole suite to myself, at a very reasonable price. more
